The problem

Resilience Education needed its Giving Tuesday 2025 campaign planned end to end, with a revenue target the team could defend.

What I did

I built a 21-week work-back plan for the Giving Tuesday 2025 campaign, lining up 16 operational milestones and the SLAs between communications, programs and development.

I modelled the projections in Excel against several years of giving history to set a $75K revenue target, with base, target and stretch scenarios on a 30% year-over-year growth trend.

For three donor groups I wrote messaging and peer-to-peer fundraising toolkits, and I organised 13 volunteer ambassadors.

I recommended a $3,000 operating budget and a content production plan, based on a cost analysis of seven types of digital asset.

What changed

The team had one plan, one calendar and one target to work from.
